What does the setup fee cover, and why is it waived on Growth Partner?

The S$1,500 setup is your website professionally built for you — structure, copy, images, Google's measurement tools connected, your reviews and map listings hooked up — live in days, at the very bottom of what a freelancer build alone costs in Singapore. It also covers a personally guided first month: the founder helps you with essentially everything while you settle in, and walks you through your first report. On Growth Partner the fee is waived because the specialist relationship starts on day one; the build is part of the engagement.
Is there a contract lock-in?

A three-month minimum protects the setup work, and after that you can cancel anytime from your billing portal — no 12-month contracts like most agencies require. Your price is locked for 24 months, and after your first twelve paid months you get two months free as a loyalty reward.
Do the prices include GST?

No. We're a new company below Singapore's S$1M GST-registration threshold, so prices are GST-free — the amount you see is the amount you pay. If that changes, we'll tell you before it affects your invoice.
How do I pay?

Securely by card through Stripe. The setup fee (where it applies) is charged once with your first month, then you're billed monthly. Update your card or download invoices anytime from the customer portal.
What's actually different between the two plans?

Everything automated is in both: the website, daily tuning so customers find you on Google and in AI answers, your reviews and map presence watched, published articles, ad and social copy, the enquiry inbox, and plain-English monthly reports. Growth Partner adds the human layer — a monthly strategy session, changes made for you between sessions, a specialist-curated weekly content flywheel, a multipage site, and priority support. If you'd rather never log in, that's the one.
What if I need more specialist time in a busy month?

Growth Partner includes a monthly strategy session. If you need extra time in a given month — on either plan — you can book an additional 30-minute call for S$250, paid one-off from your portal. No surprise charges.
Can I switch plans later?

Yes — move between Presence and Growth Partner whenever you like; changes are prorated. Upgrading to Growth Partner never re-charges a setup fee.
What about a redesign later on?

Version upgrades — new platform features, performance improvements, ongoing optimization — are always free. A full redesign or rebrand of your site is a new setup engagement, quoted as such.
