Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These terms govern your access to and use of Jarvia (the “Service”), operated from Singapore. By subscribing to or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you’re agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you’re authorised to do so.
2. The service
Jarvia provides an organic-growth platform — search analytics, an AI content engine reviewed by a specialist, generated websites, and reporting — at the plan level you select. We may improve, change, or add features over time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, in Singapore dollars through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your billing portal; cancellation stops the next renewal and your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable, and we don’t pro-rate partial periods on cancellation. We’ll give reasonable notice of any price change before it affects you.
4. Your responsibilities
You’re responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for the content you ask us to publish, and for keeping your account credentials secure. You confirm you have the right to connect any Google property and to publish the content and assets you supply. Any Google access you grant is read-only.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content, to attempt to breach security or access other tenants’ data, or to misuse the platform’s automated features. We may suspend accounts that put the Service, its users, or third parties at risk.
6. Content & intellectual property
You own your business content, brand assets, and the data from properties you connect. You grant us the licence needed to host and publish that content to deliver the Service. We retain all rights in the Jarvia platform itself. Content we generate for you under your plan is yours to use.
7. Your website (hosting & export)
Generated websites are delivered as a hosted service on the Jarvia platform — not as standalone source code or downloadable files. While you subscribe, we host and serve your site (on a jarvia.io subdomain or your own connected domain). The content, copy, images, and brand assets you provide stay yours; the templates, design system, and platform that render them are ours and are not transferred. If your subscription ends, your hosted site is taken offline. We are not obligated to export or migrate the site to another host. You can always request your own supplied content and data back (see our Privacy Policy); any export or hand-off of the website itself, where we agree to it, is a separate paid service arranged in writing.
8. Domains
Domains you already own remain your responsibility throughout. Where your plan includes a custom domain, or you ask us to register one for you, it is registered in your name and you own it. While you subscribe on an eligible plan, we cover that one domain’s standard registration and renewal cost as part of your fee. If you cancel or downgrade, responsibility for the domain — including its renewal and cost — passes to you and we may stop covering it; the domain stays yours to keep or transfer away. Premium domains, country domains requiring local registration (e.g. .com.sg), or any registration beyond a single standard domain may carry an additional pass-through cost, which we’ll confirm with you before incurring it.
9. No guaranteed results
Search and AI-visibility outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We apply genuine expertise and never fabricate metrics or testimonials, but we do not and cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or data.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or non-payment. On termination we’ll remove your data on request, as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.
